Stainless Steel Construction
Step 'n Wash is made from high grade stainless steel, which provides exceptional strength. Intertek, an independent testing lab, has tested Step 'n Wash to support up to 800 lbs.
Safe Installation
Step 'n Wash is installed 5-6" behind the edge of the sink, which minimizes potential tripping hazards. Every step includes installation hardware, including floor anchors that have a tension rating of 3,999 lbs and a shear rating of 3,031 lbs.
Self-Retracting Design
A concealed gas spring provides controlled lowering and automatic retraction, so Step 'n Wash stays out of the way when it isn't being used.
Marine-Grade Rubber Surface
The marine-grade rubber tread provides non-slip grip to little feet even when it's wet.
ANSI-Compliant Product Label
The label affixed to Step 'n Wash contains ANSI-compliant graphics in English, Spanish, and French, and it includes a warning not to allow children to use the step unattended.
